JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Café Wellness Guides are at the heart of the Wise & Wright experience.
They help create a welcoming space where guests can enjoy nourishing food, great coffee, smoothies & desserts. They support both guest service & café preparation, ensuring every order is made with care, quality & consistency.
Our team comprises friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in their work & want to grow in a supportive and upbeat environment.
YOU ARE:
Passionate about food, wellness & creating great guest experiences
Friendly, approachable & enjoy working with people
Comfortable preparing coffee & beverages as part of daily barista duties
Willing to support all areas of café operations, including dishwashing and maintaining a clean workspace
Able to assist with inventory organization & basic stock checks
Willing to learn café operations, food preparation & safety standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, positive & eager to grow with a new and evolving brand
